The Direction générale de l’IVAC presents an annual activity report that summarizes the highlights and achievements of the previous year: key events; new policies and directives on the application of the law and their repercussions on case management; and improvements made in methods for assisting crime victims.
Since the coming into force of the Act to assist persons who are victims of criminal offences (AAPVCO) and to facilitate their recovery (AAPVCO) on October 13,
2021, the Direction générale de l’IVAC’s annual report is now integrated into the AAPVCO’s annual activity report and submitted by the Minister of Justice.
