IVAC is following developments in the labour disruption closely. Every effort will be made to limit any inconvenience to clients.
Cheque delivery
Due to the current situation at Canada Post, there are delays in the distribution of all IVAC cheques and communications.
Recently issued cheques are scheduled to be mailed from October 14 to 17.
For future deliveries, despite the resumption of services, there may be additional delays in the distribution of mail.
Sign up for direct deposit
When you submit a claim for reimbursement of expenses, an acknowledgement of receipt will appear on the screen. You can sign up for direct deposit using the
form and automatically receive your reimbursement in your bank account without any delay caused by the postal disruption.
Please note that, depending on the date you apply, your registration for direct deposit may not be in effect by the next payment date.
