IVAC is following developments in the labour disruption closely. Every effort will be made to limit any inconvenience to clients.
Note that cheque delivery services and communications sent by mail are affected by the labour disruption.
Cheque delivery
The CNESST is responsible for producing and sending cheques for IVAC.
During the Canada Post work stoppage, cheques will be distributed to victims once a month. The next cheques will be mailed from:
A period of approximately one month should be allowed between the issuance of the cheque and its receipt. Check this webpage regularly to stay informed of the next distribution dates.
Sign up for direct deposit
When you submit a claim for reimbursement of expenses, an acknowledgement of receipt will appear on the screen. You can sign up for direct deposit using the
form and automatically receive your reimbursement in your bank account without any delay caused by the postal disruption.
Please note that, depending on the date you apply, your registration for direct deposit may not be in effect by the next payment date.
